St. Louis Children’s Hospital

Project Description

St. Louis Children’s Hospital will do what is right for children. They will be the hallmark for quality pediatric care within their region, as well as nationally and internationally. Charity Dynamics helped realize St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation’s mission by providing key support around Luminate Online to better educate staff on how they can build emails and campaigns and run reports.

Challenge

SLCHF staff is relatively new to Blackbaud/Luminate Online and were not familiar with responsive email builds and donation/transaction reporting

Staff also had little to no HTML experience

Approach

Provided email training that included campaigns, sending & scheduling, creating groups and uploading lists into target groups (segmentation)

Provided email training around message setup from templates and HTML editing

Provided reports training that included complex transaction reports

Outcome

Better awareness of tools available within Blackbaud/Luminate Online

Better understanding of key reports to pull and what to track
