Provide ongoing strategy, design and content development for more than 20 email fundraising campaigns throughout the increase
Increase campaign performance year-over-year
Introduce innovations in email digital technology to take advantage of industry trends and provide a competitive advantage
Approach
Develop strategy for each campaign in advance using data from previous years, client stakeholder discovery sessions and internal research on industry trends and best practices
Coordinate design and content that adheres to approved campaign strategies
Testing throughout year to incrementally improve campaign strategies including timing, subject lines, content, segmentation and design elements
Use of innovative email technologies such as animated GIFs to provide freshness and interest to campaigns throughout the year
Outcome
Majority of email campaigns raised more money than previous year with multiple campaigns more than doubling total revenue
Improvement on engagement factors on emails across campaigns including greater open rates and click-throughs
Improvements in average gift size with some campaigns improving by as much as 56%
Effective coordination with client so that email campaigns can be implemented and launched in timely, efficient manner after completion of Charity Dynamics strategy, design and content development
