Web Analytics Specialist - Austin, TX

Location: Austin, TX

 This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, results-oriented individual to join a dynamic company with a strong track record of delivering online services and applications that get results for nonprofit organizations.  As part of a fast paced and energetic team, the right person for the job will provide exceptional analytics and reporting services used to assess a variety of our client’s search engine marketing and digital marketing campaigns. 

Primary Responsibilities:

 *  Partner with internal teams to understand specific client needs and in turn, implement and interpret data from Google Analytics and other related web analytics tools to help meet those needs.

 *  Lead measurement plan development for client paid search campaigns.

 *  Set up and/or support of technical setup of web analytics tools to ensure data is being captured accurately.

 *  Provide detailed, accurate reporting and analytical services on the performance of client website initiatives, programs and/or events.

 *  Design and develop standard operational reports and dashboards.

 *  Work with internal teams to improve existing reporting tools.

Skills/Education/Experience:

*  2-4 years experience with statistical reporting, modelling and quantitative analysis of data with a minimum 2 years experience with web analytics and analyzing paid search campaigns, including a high level of proficiency in Google Analytics (certification is an asset) or related web analytics tools, including experience with social media, email and mobile analytics.

 *  High proficiency with Excel and/or Access including pivoting capabilities and analysis modules.

 *  Experience writing SQL queries/reporting.

 *  Experience with Google Webmaster, Website Optimizer, Convio & Blackbaud platforms preferred.

 *  Ability to visually present data, analysis and findings.

 *  Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in an open team environment with limited supervision.  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, CIS or related field preferred.
