Current Opportunities
Account Manager - Austin, Washington DC or New York City
As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, the AM is responsible for overall client satisfaction and retaining accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth. With a primary focus on national and large named accounts, the AM works to build partnerships with clients to understand their needs in order to recommend concepts, programs and Charity Dynamics’ solutions to achieve their goals for online communication, fundraising, events and advocacy programs. The AM is adept at interfacing at the executive level of client organizations and understands the decision making process in large, national accouts. The successful candidate will provide a high level of expertise in terms of financial and resource investment, dependencies of programs and projects, and key project milestones.
